Beth Herst (independent researcher) , Sandford Borins (Professor Emeritus, University of Toronto)
Beth Herst received her Ph.D. in English Literature from the University of London and has worked as a university lecturer, independent scholar, and playwright. Sandford Borins is Professor Emeritus of Public Management at the University of Toronto. His research career over 40 years has focused on public sector innovation (The Persistence of Innovation in Government, 2014) and narrative and government (Governing Fables, 2011). He was founding Chair of the Department of Management, University of Toronto Scarborough (1991-2003) and President of CAPPA from 2003 to 2007. In 2025 he received the King Charles III Coronation Medal.
